IDPs
ANADIGICS' Integrated Detector Products (IDPs) are packaged in fully
hermetic TO cans using either 850nm-based monolithically integrated Metal-Semiconductor-Metal
(MSM) photodetector and Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) or Discrete GaAs
or InP based Positive-Intrinsic-Negative (PIN) photodetectors and TIAs
to convert optical signals into a differential output voltage. The TIAs
and PINs are manufactured in ANADIGICS' GaAs wafer facility and InP wafer
fab, respectively.

PIN-PREAMPS
AMT8310 - High Sensitivity 2.5 Gb/s 850 nm IDP
The ANADIGICS AMT8310, packaged in a 4 pin T046 lens can, is a 3.3V integrated
photodetector and TIA used to convert a short wavelength (850 nm) input
optical signal into a differential output voltage. The AMT 8310 has a
bandwidth of 1.8GHz, a dynamic range of over 23dB and a sensitivity of
-23dBm. These devices are readily designed into receivers, transceivers
and transponders for SONET, Fibre Channel and Infiniband applications.

AMT8312 - High Sensitivity 2.5 Gb/s 850 nm IDP
The Anadigics AMT 8312, packaged in a 5 pin TO46 lens can, is a 3.3V integrated
photodetector and TIA used to convert a short wavelength (850nm) input
optical signal into a differential output voltage. The AMT8312 has a bandwidth
of 1.8 GHz, a dynamic range of over 23dB and a photocurrent monitor with
an output that is proportional to the average input optical power. These
devices are readily designed into receivers, transceivers and transponders
for SONET, Fibre Channel and Infiniband applications.

The ANADIGICS AMT8200, packaged in a TO46 lens can, is a 3.3V integrated
photodetector and TIA used to convert a long wavelength (1270 to 1560
nm) input optical signal into a differential output voltage. The AMT 8200
has a bandwidth of 900 MHz and a dynamic range of over 26dB. These devices
are readily designed into receivers, transceivers and transponders for
SONET, Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel applications.

The ANADIGICS AMT8410, packaged in a TO46 lens can, is a 3.3V integrated
photodetector and transimpedance amplifier (TIA) used to convert a long
wavelength (1270 to 1560 nm) input optical signal into a differential
output voltage. The AMT 8410 has a bandwidth of 2000 MHz and a dynamic
range of 25dB. These devices are readily designed into receivers, transceivers
and transponders for SONET, Fibre Channel and Infiniband applications.

ATA7601 - 10 Gb/s Differential Output TIA
The ATA7601 is a low-noise TIA designed for 10Gb/s optical receiver applications
and is available in die form. The device is used in conjunction with a
photodetector to convert an optical signal into a differential output
voltage. With its low input noise, the ATA7601 is very well suited for
long reach applications. The ATA7601, in combination with the 13PD25 photodiode
and the ALA7608 limiting amplifier forms a high-performance receiver chipset.

ATA7603 - 10 Gb/s High Overload TIA
The ATA7603 is a high-speed TIA with high input current capability designed
for 10Gb/s optical receiver applications and is available in die form.
The device is used in conjunction with a photodetector to convert an optical
signal into a differential output voltage. The ATA7603 has an internal
overload support circuit and can accept optical inputs as high as +3dBm.
With its low noise and high overload capability, the device is well suited
for use in OC-192 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet optical receivers, transceivers
and transponders. The ATA7603, in combination with the 13PD25 photodiode
and the ALA7606 limiting amplifier forms a high-performance receiver chipset.

accept optical inputs as high as +3 dBm. With its low noise and high overload
capability, the device is well suited for use in OC-192 and 10 Gigabit
Ethernet optical receivers, transceivers and transponders. The ATA7611
in combination with the 13PD25 photodiode and the ALA7608 limiting amplifier
forms a high-performance receiver chipset.

POST-AMPLIFIER
ALA7606 - 10 Gb/s Limiting Amplifier
The ALA7606 is a high-gain, high input sensitivity limiting amplifier
designed for use as a post amplifier in 10 Gb/s optical receivers and
is available in die form. It accepts both single-ended and differential
AC or DC coupled inputs. The ALA7606 has a typical gain of 36dB, a single-ended
input sensitivity of 5mVpp and a typical differential output voltage of
850 mVpp. The amplifier has internal offset correction to reduce pulse-width
distortion; however, this function can be disabled. The ALA 7606, in combination
with the 13PD25 photodiode and the ATA7603 or ATA76-9 pre-amplifiers,
forms a high-performance receiver chip set.
